Start at the train station in Namur, pass through the centre and pick up the cycle path, hugging the canal, towards Denant. After 20-ish kms, turn inland and a Ravel path, through the trees and stunning countryside. The climb is hardly noticeable! After a rest at 53k, look out for the castle in Acoz. The L158 track goes back up to the canal. Cross the metal bridge and experience the factories along the waterfront. The parcour winds it's way back to Namur. The last 15kms are especially pleasant.
